Hello there,
Nice to meet you all here today - I'm just a vintage loving gal who adores music, adventuring and all things sweet.  Though I was born and raised right outside the suburbs of Harrisburg, PA - I am currently dwelling in a tiny little town known as Drums, which is located at the base of a chain of mountains.  Summer here is deliciously slow-paced, and any free time I get is spent at this cozy little beach area on the lake.   As I am inclined to be the curious sort and adventuring is in my blood, there are plenty of trails and coves full of water lilies here to be explored when I'm feeling the need to hike or just get on the water and kayak.   I have always felt that being on the water is the most peaceful of things.

If I'm feeling a hankering for a little more hustle and bustle on the weekend - Philly is only a hop, skip, and jump away - and is nice change of pace from country living - though I gotta admit I have kind of fallen head over heels for it.  I guess you could say I feel pretty lucky to have such a beautiful piece of nature in the palm of my hand.
