The first school "supply" I buy each year is a bag. I've experimented with all sorts of styles. I love the tote bag style for easy accessibility for my iPod, wallet, or a new pen in class without being loud. The tote, however, is terrible for my back and so I'm searching for other options. I like less than traditional style bags that are fashionable, large, and durable.
The second to last is my favorite even if it's technically a fashionable suitcase. What do you look for in a bag?

I've been looking for one too! I'm having a hard time finding one that will it my MacBook and still looks cute. Where is that flowered one from?
ReplyDeleteAnd by it, I mean fit. Whoops!
DeleteIt's from Target. It's actually the one I currently have (and so do a million others! I see it all the time) but it's really sturdy. Also in white!
DeleteThanks for this comment! I forgot to add the links...adding now.
I love that middle brown leather one. That is super cute and still has that vintage-y vibe to it. I haven't worn a backpack since high school though. Throughout college I used a tote. Luckily though, I didn't have to lug a whole bunch of books otherwise it would have been terrible! <3

Aw this makes me wish I had a cool bag to take to class. I just use a basic black shoulder bag now. Maybe I'll come across a cute one!
ReplyDeleteI'm searching for a new one as well! I love the first and second one, I think I'll buy one of them :)
ReplyDeleteThe second to last was my instantly caught my eye fav too!!! I always look for a bag that's not too big, but big enough for a couple books and a water bottle ;) I look for something that's not going to get dirty easily (no white leather or khaki canvas!)...and above all, something that's got great vintage styling. It's gotta work with all my super feminine clothes, but still be practical.
