Bad, Bad Dreams

This dress belongs to Ashley and I'm obsessed with it. It's just one of those dresses, you know? The ones that aren't that special until you put it on and you're like, "OMIGOD, I LOOK INCREDIBLE". And then you never want to take it off. Yup. That's this dress. I think I've worn it 1000 times already. This sweater is the softest and prettiest shade of blue I've ever seen. I snagged this from Jessie's Frock Party last month. Which by the way, was incredible. Jessie and her roommate Sara threw one of the best frock parties I've ever been to. She had a decadent red velvet cake (that said "frock you"), treats, wine, drinks, and a whole wonderful swapping system. Now I'm eager for the next one!

My sister (that was living in Canada) is back in Ohio! Ohio City to be exact and these were snapped in her little backyard. I love her new neighborhood. I especially love the build your own taco (for $4) joint down the street too. Oh, and the casino. Which I've been to twice. Both of which are dangerous.

Outfit Details:
Dress: Swapped with Ashley
Tights: AA
Belt: Thrifted
Shoes: Payless
Sweater: Lucky Brand (swapped)
Hat: Forever 21 (LA)

  5. Really cute look! Also, I think I have that same exact dress -- do you/did you find that it wrinkled WAY too much (during your time having it)? I've been trying to find some way to keep mine from getting crazy wrinkly, but I just can't figure it out (it's to the point that I can't even wear it, which makes me sad!). You look great here, anyway!

I don't know if it's the new camera but I really really love how these pictures turned out. They're seriously flawless!

  8. Build your own anythings are fabulous. I guess that's why I'm obsessed with salad bars lol lol

Man, that polka dot dress is simply precious! And I love it with that turquoise cardigan. I'm always afraid to mix two shades of the same color but you did it so effortlessly and look so stunning. <3

  10. Ah that dress looks absolutely awesome on you! I love it with the cardigan! Also, in response to the eyebrow comment (hah) -- I actually fill them in with an angled brush and dark shadow. My eyebrows have a good shape, but they are really sparse in places, so I feel much better about them when I fill them in. It doesn't usually look as natural up close sometimes, but I'd rather have that than feel self-conscious about them! :) Also I looove that last picture of you. So dreamy-looking!

  12. Oh, the beading and embroidery on your cardigan is just BEAUTIFUL! One can never go wrong with pearls for buttons. You really do look amazing in this. The blues mix so well together and I am even more convinced that I NEED a bowler hat. Soon. This is wonderful :)
