Many years ago I was lusting after this dress on Urban Outfitters. I couldn't imagine not having this it. It was so expensive and I waited and waited. I eventually scored it for $14. I wore it to death and honestly, kind of forgot about it. It's not my favorite dress anymore, but it definitely stands the test of time. There's something fun about a dress with sleeves -- which I'm not even showing in these photos. Plus this blazer makes its come back!

While taking these photos, we made a kitten friend. He was camera shy, but totally loved us. We spent half of the sun light playing with him.

Today, I'm going to the pumpkin patch with my family. Afterwards, we'll carve pumpkins and I will be the worst. Because every year, I am the worst. I am the worst pumpkin carver, snowflake cutter, and general terrible seasonal craftor. But at least we all look forward to my horrid arts and crafts skills, right? I go into it knowing that the children will probably create something prettier. It totally takes the pressure of being great away.
