Uppercutter

We got a huge snow storm yesterday and with a huge snow storm, there's no way I'm going anywhere. So, I gave myself a "snow day". Meaning, I stayed in, took a nap, power cleaned my entire apartment, baked sea salt chocolate chip cookies, and made imitation baked Stouffer's mac and cheese. Stouffer's mac and cheese is a total guilty pleasure of mine because it's so creamy and delicious. Though the cost adds up for processed frozen food. Luckily, Google exists and I'm about to indulge in a home cooked copy cat version. I'm not mad about it, you know? Plus my neighbor and landlord plowed our driveway twice. Which means when I finally want to leave tomorrow.

This sweater is one that I won from Elizabeth well over a year ago. I've been in love with it since she sent it to me and more often than not I wear it as an over-sized sweater dress. It's cozy, warm, and (I hope) fashionable. Plus Elizabeth is one of my favorite bloggers. She's recently joined the blonde club too and her hair is wonderful.

Oh, and my sister finally finished my red hat and I finally started watching Homeland. This weekend has been a good one.

Outfit Details:
Sweater: Won from Elizabeth
Leggings: Miley / Max line (from my mom)
Boots: Zara
Hat: Made by my sister
Jacket: Gift
Scarf: Noto

  1. Stouffers mac and cheese is where it's at. My boyfriend prefers Kraft's Homestyle, but if I have to cook, it's Stouffers all the way.

I love that sweater ans scarf and those boots. So gorgeous.

  5. I love your outfit, it's like snow punk chic haha. I've never had to deal with snow. It sounds rough but at least the scenery looks pretty. And Mac N Cheese is the best, I've had it for dinner the past three nights :)

  8. I love this color story/combo, especially with your blond hair. I realize that I always say that when you wear black, white and cherry red, but it is always true. :)

  13. I do the same thing...I'm the biggest baby in the snow, so days locked in with plenty of cocoa and Netflix are where it's at.

LOVE the pop of red with your hat. Such a cool wintery look all around.

  16. You put together the best outfits with an interesting mix of edgy, sweet, eclectic. I love that sweater worn as a tunic/dress and the white moto jacket is a great contrast.

  18. Your white jacket is beautiful, and I can definitely see you wearing it in spring and summer too. I love it when a piece works for all four seasons!
