OOTD; into the mirror

I think it's safe to say that this dress is the Internet's most popular dress of late 2013/early 2014. I've been waiting to get my hands on it for awhile now and Elana was nice enough to offer it up to Flock Together where I'll be remixing it later this month. Mostly because I never want to return it, but also because that's the point of Flock Together. I 100% get the hype of this dress & am saddened that I didn't get my hands on it. It's the perfect print & it's super comfortable.

I saw Guardians of the Galaxy last night and it was so wonderful that I would like to see it again or speed up time so that the sequel was out already. I mean, it's a two-hour long movie and I stayed awake for the ENTIRE thing. This is unheard of. I basically use movies as hour long naps, so when I'm able to stay awake -- I know it's good. Flawless rating system, I know.

Outfit Details:
Dress: H&M borrowed from Elana
Shoes: Payless
Blazer: H&M
Belt: Thrifted

  2. Love the blazer paired with this. Looks more modern and chic than any other time I've seen it (though other ladies have styled it well too, just not as...hip).

Guardians of the Galaxy was fun!

  3. So cute! I love anything with a cat on it :) Love how you styled it. I had the chance to go see Guardians of the Galaxy but I wasn't sure how it would be so good to know it was enjoyable I might have to go see it.

  4. I either need to go see Guardians already or stop reading everyone's blog because I'm getting jealous that everyone already saw it. Stupid work schedule.

  5. I love the way you styled the dress! The teal looks so cool with the black and white, and I love that it's a blazer instead of a sweater. The belt is also really cool, and the peep-toe shoes are super cute.

  6. Agreed! This dress was one I didn't want to let go of. I really love the cool-chic vibe you've given it with the oversized blazer.

Haha....had to laugh about the movie thing. I'm the same way. Could be the only time I ever get a chance to nap.

Was it good? I don't know, let me plop Jessica down and see if she stays awake or not.
So glad you got to test drive this dress and at least see what the fuss is about. It really is darling and the print gets me everytime!
