When I found this dress, I couldn't believe that it looked good on me. Collars can be tricky with my haircut, but this one works perfectly. It was under $3 and I've been wearing it non-stop. I haven't had much luck thrifting lately -- seriously, what has happened to the Akron thrift stores? They are HORRIBLE now, but that doesn't stop me and my friends from monthly trips. We all found things this round, so success?

Last month, I decided to replace all the time I spend mindlessly scrolling online and watching tv with books. I managed to read fifteen books! I used to really love reading, but the internet steals all my time. So, it was really wonderful to get back to something I enjoy. I'll eventually do a write-up of everything I read. I discovered a lot of great books and authors I've missed the past few years. It's been a perfect winter hobby. I have way too many books, so I'm thankful my local library has everything and a great app where I can request whatever I want.

Having a platinum blonde pixie cut is a lot of work, but especially in the winter. The cold and harsh winds wreck havoc on my hair. I'm thankful to have discovered Silk18 shampoo. It's so nourishing and gives life to my lackluster winter hair.
